About the role:
The Sales Operations individual will work closely with the company’s leadership team to take point on building sales solutions and tools needed to execute our go-to-market strategy. Not only will this person help build the foundation of our internal systems and processes, but they will also drive scale and efficiency throughout the sales process. Your high-level strategic thinking and on-the-ground execution will propel the sales team to grow and scale well, with a strong focus on team building and analytical and quantitative thinking.
This role is a direct opportunity to influence how Resemble AI builds operations and sales/customer success efforts and contributes to a highly productive, data-driven, and analytical team. This role will be critical in ensuring our sales team operates efficiently.
We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, the ability to work cross-functionally, and excellent communication skills.
What you'll do:
- Evaluate tools and process improvements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our go-to-market teams; reduce manual effort and redundancies by building automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, product) to ensure alignment and consistency in sales strategies and initiatives.
- Configure CRM features, including custom objects and fields, page layouts, validations, workflows, email templates, processes, and flows.
- Develop and maintain sales analytics and reporting dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Design training materials, and standard operating procedures, lead training sessions, and ensure user adoption of processes.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Design, maintain, and implement data structures and flows to support business requirements.
What we're seeking:
- Experience with sales technology tools (CRM, sales automation, etc.).
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations (preferably at a startup)
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales data.
- Articulate, organized, and detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing collaborative environment.
- Ambitious self-starter who’s eager to learn while being a core part of building our business from the ground up.
