Job Description

& Responsibilities

1. Lead, plan & execute the end to end Sales strategy, and achieve sales targets with new businesses & farming current customers

2. Set up and lead high performing globally distributed sales teams and processes

3. Establish and manage key relationships at Salesforce across alliances, sales, and partner sales.

4. Present to the Management a monthly target achievement report for the clearly defined and measurable targets for the above activities.


Desired Skills & Experience

1. Five to fifteen years plus experience in selling, preferably, enterprise software solutions such as CRM, ERP or SaaS in one of the following : North America, Middle East, Europe, APAC

2. Strong customer service attitude, can partner with clients to add value to their businesses, & verifiable record of closing high value deals

3. Can take end to end ownership of the deal from the first meeting to SOW signing

4. Strong written and verbal communications skills, and depth in thought and conversation.

5. Good understanding of customer's pain points & needs, how the sales process works, and typical sales cycles in IT services

6. A self-starter, who can work in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-growth start-up environment

7. Can work in a cohesive manner with other internal leaders including marketing and delivery to ensure sales commitments and customer delight
