We are looking for a world-class Sales Operations Analyst to help design, build and maintain our sales operations tools (Hub Spot, etc …) and processes. The Sales Operations Analyst will support our VP of Sales Operations and Enablement with internal sales reporting & analysis, pipeline analysis, and deal structuring & quoting. In this role you will be responsible for solving complex Operational problems to help our internal teams work more efficiently and effectively. This role will be an individual contributor role with management opportunities as our organization scales.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Partner with our Sales & Marketing leadership to deliver ad-hoc reporting and Sales Operations administration.
  • Build and maintain custom dashboards to measure Sales throughput and activity.
  • Facilitate the internal approval process for revised contracts and the completion of RFP/RFI from customers.
  • Build and maintain, reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and integration of sales enablement tools to optimize business processes.
  • Work with individual sales reps to structure deals and configure quotes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product and fellow technologists to proactively administer our HubSpot instance and other Sales Operations tooling and software.


Requirements


  • Self-motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience coordinating with multiple business functions to develop new services and solutions
  • Strong cross team collaboration skills
  • Experience and track record of successfully implementing, administering and managing Sales Operations processes and tools
  • 3-5 years of experience in and internally facing Sales Operations role
