Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic enterprise sales leader that is passionate about driving success and results for the business. Our sales team is responsible for being advocates of NobleAI’s products and helping potential customers find the right Science-Based AI solution. This role is responsible for driving the sales process with prospective customers, developing relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers, and bringing deals to a close. Working closely with team members across Sales, AI/Research, Product, and Customer Success, this role will evaluate customer pain points and work to deliver innovative solutions to accelerate product development.
The successful candidate is a seasoned sales account executive preferably with experience in enterprise software and professional services. Domain experience in a relevant AI, chemistry, scientific or R&D industry is highly valued. We offer a highly competitive base salary and variable structure, equity and great benefits.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business & IT leaders and subject matter experts at Fortune 500 customers to identify and frame compelling use cases
  • Iterate on current sales process and share learnings with the team
  • Qualify prospects by understanding the specific needs in complex R&D projects
  • Generate pipeline by proactively sourcing opportunities within the designated territory or vertical
  • Bias towards action: you appreciate the many needs of a growing company, and match or exceed the dedication of those around you
  • Lead high-performing Noble teams including data scientists, solutions engineers, application engineers, and product managers in the delivery of trials
  • Team player: you’re committed to excellence, and naturally know how to bring out the best in others
  • Prepare and deliver world-class demos and value-based presentations
  • Build consensus among key stakeholders to advance deals; manage objections to close enterprise deals
  • Ensure timely and polished interactions with customers at all stages and interactions.
  • Convert firsthand customer and market experience into impactful input to our product direction and strategy

What We’re Looking For
  • Creativity in solving customer challenges to move deals forward
  • 8+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • A passionate presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • A healthy curiosity and interest in Science-Based AI
  • Experience with a chemistry or an AI company is a plus!
  • Ability to build consensus with multiple stakeholders inside complex enterprise R&D organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
