Job Description
Let’s talk about what we're looking for:


The Sales Director (aka Empowerment Director) requires multi-disciplinary expertise in business development, customer success, and sales enablement. This person will report to our Co-Founders as they oversee the continued growth and development of the Empowerment Team and its associated operations. The Empowerment Team at We Inspect is responsible for monitoring and managing numerous communication channels for the business, including inquiries, sales demonstrations, active monitoring of company phone lines, and other front office responsibilities.


You will…


Be responsible for important business functions including:


  • Sales Enablement & Sales Operations
  • Business Development & Sales Strategy
  • Customer Success & Customer Service
  • Employee & Team Development


Business Development & Sales Strategy


  • Leverage sales resources and supplementary materials to drive results.
  • Manage strategy for selling full suite of We Inspect products and services.
  • Ensure the department makes the most out of our inbound lead flow.


Sales Enablement & Sales Operations


  • Identify opportunities for improvement of workflows and processes.
  • Monitor and communicate sales data, metrics, and KPIs with leadership.
  • Execute change management for department updates and initiatives.
  • Understand and apply strategic use of sales enablement techniques.


Customer Success & Customer Service


  • Ensure timely response and management of customer inquiries.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow develop long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure uptime of front office operations during business hours.


Employee & Team Development


  • Plan, execute, and oversee training initiatives to improve industry knowledge.
  • Facilitate the continued professional development of team members.
  • Scale growth of the department to match continued needs of the company.


You have…


  • Experience developing, scaling, and managing sales systems (CRM, POS, etc.)
  • Experience scaling a startup or SMB sales team.
  • Proven sales leadership experience.
  • 5-7 years professional sales experience with demonstrated growth into positions of increasing complexity and responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of key business drivers.
  • Familiarity with consultative sales process for service based business.
