Director Sales Leadership And Development - Remote ($130000.00 - $140000.00 / Year)

Prospective Sales Leaders will have the opportunity to drive growth and development for agents, managers, and affiliate brokers as part of the Employer team. With a focus on agent engagement, productivity, and revenue, Sales Leaders will have the chance to make a real impact on the company's growth. This 100% remote position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as opportunities for travel and collaboration with a dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities

Sales Consultant

• Provide 1:1 coaching to field sales leadership as needed
• Lead presentations at national sales rallies to empower and inspire agents across all markets
• Develop and implement strategies to drive agent engagement, productivity, and revenue

Collaborator

• Work closely with the instructional design team to ensure effective training and development programs
• Facilitate leadership development programs for field leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with Employer's owned offices

Sales Advisor

• Identify priority markets for customized leadership engagement and coaching
• Coach on the delivery of the national mentorship program to multiple constituents as needed

Qualifications

• Self-starter with the ability to build organizational change
• Strong organization, administrative, and time management skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and work in a hybrid environment
• Strong proficiency in Office 365
• Confirmed capability of implementing energetic and dynamic presentations both in person and virtually
• Minimum 7 years of residential real estate sales experience, with management experience preferred
