Job Description

Maergo is looking for a Regional Sales Director to expand our team within our 3PL Channel. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, results driven, and tech-savvy senior sales representative who can create and drive strategy, adapt to a constantly changing ecosystem, and provide a top-tier customer experience. About This Role:

As a Regional Sales Director within our 3PL channel, you will play a vital role in driving our technology empowered logistics company forward. Your impact-focused mindset and resourcefulness will be key in delivering exceptional results. We're looking for a problem solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment and possesses superior organizational skills. Your innovative and scrappy approach, coupled with your passion for what we do, will be crucial to your success in this role.


In this position, you will contribute significantly to our company's net new revenue goals. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects, both inbound and outbound, as you work towards closing deals. Identifying target accounts and engaging with appropriate stakeholders will be second nature to you. You will leverage your exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate our product offering to various industry verticals within the eCommerce space.


As a skilled storyteller, you will use leading questions to engage prospects and tailor our value proposition to suit their needs. Understanding and addressing prospects' pain points will be essential, and you will have the resources and collateral to make a tangible impact. Collaboration with our Account Management team will ensure a smooth customer transition into onboarding. Furthermore, you will educate prospects on the critical role logistics plays in overall business growth, including conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value. Your role as a trailblazer will empower you to introduce prospects to a new way of thinking about logistics.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Proactive energy and collaborative spirit; ready to make an impact with our 3PL Channel.
  • Strong communication skills for both virtual and in-person, meetings and events.
  • Experience with 3PLs that are focused on servicing direct-to-consumer eCommerce brands
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding quota & KPI’s for similar roles.
  • Experience working at a startup
  • Experience with project management
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive within the Logistics Industry or Retail
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SimilarWeb, etc.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate experience with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with all stages of the sales cycle (from prospecting to sign)
  • Self-motivated and organized individuals; effectively track their progress towards their goals.


Job Type: Full-time


OTE: $240k per year made up of a “50/50 split”
