Recruitment Assistant

About the Job

The Recruitment Assistant will work with the Tutor Operations team to grow our Tutoring team. This role will regularly be conducting interviews and demo lessons for potential tutors. They should be able to build rapport with potential tutors, assess their teaching abilities in a short amount of time, and also present ClassUp to the applicants. They will also need to be able to keep recruitment records up to date and accurate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all candidate applications and interview results
• Screen tutor applications
• Schedule and conduct up to 30 video interviews a week
• Input application data into HRIS
• Oversee onboarding materials and assessments
• Answer emails in a timely manner

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience within the education industry
• Attention to detail
• Obtained a Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to build rapport
• Multitasking
• Ability to assess applications and demo interviews
