About the Role:

Power Digital is looking for a project based HR Recruitment Intern to join our team. This opportunity is for you if you’re eager to learn and looking to get your foot in the door with a digital agency. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll have the opportunity to get real-world Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, super fun environment. Internship Position Details

Position Title: HR Recruitment Intern

Internship Term: Fall, 2023

Compensation: College credit [MUST be enrolled in college course]

Desired Fields of Study: Marketing, Advertising, HR, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, PR, Influencer Marketing (Flexible)

Hours Desired: 15-20 hours/week (Flexible based on credit needs)

Responsibilities:

Work directly under the Talent Acquisition Project Manager to support on production of recruiting and operational based projects, this includes but is not limited to:

• Proactively identify and tap into diverse talent networks to expand Power’s talent reach and visibility
• Support high-volume recruitment through candidate sourcing and profile management
• Provide overall support for special projects as requested
• Prepare, post, and manage job ads within Talent Hub
• Provide assistance on various projects related to recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, with a focus on supporting DEI-based initiatives
• Actively participate and identify opportunities for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
• Support Talent Acquisition team with administrative duties
• Generate reports and presentations summarizing project outcomes and recommendations for future improvements
• Properly manage candidates using Talent Hub and making sure their profiles are up-to-date

What you’ll learn?

• Organize and actively utilize our ATS system (Talent Hub) to aid in recruiting, by qualifying/disqualifying applicants and sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn.
• Learn how Talent Acquisition helps support and collaborate with different departments within a Marketing Agency
• Help drive initiatives and projects in regards to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, University Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition processes
• Attend regular trainings and cross-channel learning opportunities.
• Talent Acquisition and pride yourself on your excellent communication, organization, and resourcefulness then we’d love to meet you!
