These licensed professionals build profiles and credentials within our ecosystem, growing their reputation and effortlessly monetizing their expertise as part of the first gig economy platform in the insurance or financial services industry. Currently, we have over 4,000 of these experts who are assisting nearly 1 million employees in understanding their benefits, all with the singular goal of helping employees feel cared for and supported.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Refine and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract and onboard qualified Benefit Gurus.
  2. Collaborate with the leadership team to define and refine the profile and credentialing within the ecosystem.
  3. Source and identify potential Benefit Gurus through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry conferences.
  4. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' expertise, credentials, and fit within the Enrollify ecosystem.
  5. Work with team to build and maintain strong relationships with existing Benefit Gurus to foster engagement and retention.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and reputation of Benefit Gurus within the ecosystem.
  7. Work with team to develop and implement training programs and resources to enhance the skills and knowledge of Benefit Gurus.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment campaigns and materials targeting potential Benefit Gurus.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's recruitment practices.
  10. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the leadership team on the effectiveness of the recruiting efforts.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a gig economy or platform-based environment.
  2. Additonal expeirence recuiting in the insurance, workforce benefits, or financial a plus.
  3. Knowledge of recruiting strategies and techniques to attract and retain qualified professionals.
  4. Familiarity with human resources software and applicant tracking systems.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with potential Benefit Gurus.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and evaluate recruitment metrics.
  7. Strategic thinking and the ability to align recruitment efforts with the company's growth goals.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
