Recruitment Marketing Manager

The Acosta Group is looking for a Recruitment Marketing Manager to drive our employer brand strategy and spearhead the enterprise’s recruitment marketing efforts.
In partnership with our Talent Acquisition Senior Leadership team, the Recruitment Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in creating engaging content that helps us tell our story while connecting top talent in the industry with key roles within the organization.
The ideal candidate has unparalleled storytelling skills, has a deep understanding of digital marketing and social media, and excels at leveraging data to drive marketing and branding decisions.
Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for our agency partners and other marketing providers
• 2+ Years of experience working with multidisciplinary teams in the creation of digital assets
• 2+ Years of experience leveraging on graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and WordPress
• Work in partnership with our production team to create digital assets for our career sites and social media channels
• Create an employer brand playbook and recruitment marketing toolkit
• 2+ Years of experience planning, creating, and managing social media strategies
• 2+ Years of experience developing and activating employer brand initiatives
• Manage complete campaign schedules and advertising budget
• Write attractive and creative job postings that align with the employer brand, and train other team members on best practices
• Drive the company’s employer brand strategy
• 4+ Years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools, such as PowerPoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Design a social media strategy and manage all the talent acquisition channels for the enterprise
• Advise Talent Acquisition Managers on strategic solutions to attract the volume and quality of applicants
• 2+ Years of experience managing vendor relationships
• 4+ Years of experience planning and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns
• Continually develop the employee and associate value proposition
• Analyze recruitment marketing campaign’s performance and make recommendations to maximize impressions, views, clicks, and apply rates
