ABOUT DESIGNERS

1.As a member of our design team, the Product Designerplays a key role in our integrated product development, business, and marketing teams.

2.Develop creative, unique, and trend-setting art pieces, prints, patterns, and products to support RISINGSUN’sexclusive in-house brand series.

3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, marketing, product development director, design director, and buyers, to complete assigned categories.

4.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and market insights to inform design decisions and develop innovative products.

5.Create design concepts and execute finished designs that meet brand standards and target market needs.

6.Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to junior designers and interns to ensure the quality and consistency of design work.

7.Attend trade shows and conduct market research to identify new design opportunities and enhance the company's product offerings.

8.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting project timelines and budget requirements.

ABOUT JOB

·Job Expectations

1.Understand the popular trends in household product design and creativity, explore user needs through user research and market research, propose product innovation and improvement points, and conduct multi-dimensional design of product appearance, structure, function, and experience;

2.Makedesign proposals based on the company's brand tonality and market demands,participate in and follow up the formulation of product production process plans and sample production;

3.Provide valuable ideas and perspectives on brand product design and user experience, ensure design implementation, and produce effective commercial value;

4.Assist the product development team in product improvement and complete the formulation of improvement plans.
