Recruitment Associate- Remote

Responsibilities:

• Develop a commercial understanding of the market, staying up to date with market trends
• Understand and communicate client needs to all parties involved
• Source relevant candidates using tools including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, industry contacts, and SL Recruit database
• Identify, build and maintain client relationships in a competitive environment
• Build a strategy to maximize revenue including both business development and account management.
