This is a unique opportunity to join Go1s Content Partner Success Team managing some of our largest and most complex supply side content partnerships. The Content Partner Success Manager at Go1 plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the company's content partnerships. These partnerships are crucial for delivering high-quality, diverse, and engaging materials for our learners. As a Content Partner Success Manager - Key Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our content partners and ensuring their success on the Go1 platform. You will work closely with our key accounts, delivering exceptional service and driving value for both our partners and clients. This role combines relationship management, account growth, and strategic thinking.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to ensure the success and growth of content partner accounts.
  • Analyze partner performance data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their content's visibility and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate partner needs, influence product enhancements, and ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key content partners, understanding their goals and aligning them with Go1's capabilities and strategic direction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize partner revenue and engagement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Go1 platform, guiding partners through technical aspects and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to position Go1 as a leader in the eLearning space.


Qualifications


  • Experience in the eLearning industry, EdTech, or digital content partnerships is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present insights.
  • 5+ years experience in partnership, channel management, sales, marketing or business development , preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with CRM and reporting tools
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player with a passion for learning and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of eLearning, content management, or SaaS solutions a plus
  • Commercially minded with the ability to drive strategic and operational decisions, diving into the detail when r equired
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, explanatory, persuasion, negotiation)  and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build rapport with partners and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities.


At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between$100,000 and $120,000 USDand your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee bonus plan and employee stock options.
