Overview A Partner Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing the customer success of partner accounts. This includes developing and executing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The Partner Customer Success Manager will work closely with the partner to ensure that their customers are receiving the best possible service and support. Detailed Job Description The Partner Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing the customer success of partner accounts. This includes developing and executing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The Partner Customer Success Manager will work closely with the partner to ensure that their customers are receiving the best possible service and support. The Partner Customer Success Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the partner’s customers, as well as providing guidance and support to the partner’s customer success team. The Partner Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for monitoring customer feedback and providing insights to the partner. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, customer service, or related field
• Experience working with partners and customers
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

• Knowledge of customer success strategies and best practices
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of customer service and communication techniques
• Knowledge of customer feedback and analytics
Job Experience
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, customer service, or related field
