Job Description
Are you a highly motivated, results-oriented go-getter who loves taking the initiative? We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Real Estate Assistant, supporting us in various exciting marketing and administrative tasks. If you're organized, creative, and detail-oriented, this opportunity will allow you to shine as we expand our real estate brand and connect with new customers. Real estate experience is a plus, but it's not mandatory – we believe in providing the right candidate with the tools they need to succeed!
As part of our team, you'll be at the heart of our success, helping to clear away distractions and enabling us to focus on building and nurturing relationships. Trust is crucial to us, and we need someone reliable who can handle anything that comes up when we're occasionally out of town.
Responsibilities
  • Showcase your social media savvy by updating and managing all our Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, engaging with followers and boosting our online presence.
  • Be our partner in success by tracking incoming leads and prospects, providing valuable insights that will help us adjust our marketing campaigns and ensure company growth.
  • Unleash your creativity as you create and edit real estate marketing materials for our new listings, making sure they stand out in the market.
  • Take charge of building, organizing, and updating our company CRM to ensure smooth and efficient drip campaigns, keeping us connected with our clients.
  • Follow up with real estate leads, making sure we never miss an opportunity to turn prospects into satisfied customers.
  • Embrace other duties as assigned, contributing your skills and expertise to different areas of our real estate endeavors.
Qualifications
  • Experience with common real estate industry programs (CRM, social media, DocuSign, Dropbox, Canva, real estate contracts, MLS, Microsoft Office, etc.) will set you up for success.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must – you know how to connect with people and make meaningful interactions.
  • Your typing and writing skills are top-notch, and if you have good penmanship, that's even better!
  • Internet and social media are like second nature to you – you're fluent in navigating the digital landscape.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing deadlines like a pro and enjoying collaborative teamwork.
If you already have an active CA real estate license, that's fantastic, and you'll have the opportunity to host open houses and build your client portfolio. For those without a license, worry not – we still want to hear from you and offer the chance to grow both professionally and financially!
Job Details
  • Schedule: You'll work a 4-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
