For remote candidates in California, the yearly salary range goes up to $70,000.00, depending on experience.
Primary Purpose
You'll collaborate closely with our HR team, hiring managers, recruiters, and other leaders to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our human resources policies, processes, and practices. Your role will involve resolving benefits-related issues, ensuring optimal plan utilization, and fostering positive employee relations. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding employees through profile completion, aiding in benefit enrollment, and acting as a liaison between employees and various stakeholders including department heads, General Managers, and the Regional HR Manager.
Maintain accurate employee records using Paycom
Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and follow-up tasks
Provide timely and effective support for employee inquiries
Collaborate with the team to administer benefits and process payroll
Manage and respond to emails from employees and vendors
Facilitate smooth information flow between HR and other departments
Utilize Paycom to streamline processes and generate reports
Embrace new technologies and tools with ease
Independently analyze issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions
Balance effective teamwork with the ability to work autonomously
Fulfill other assigned duties as necessary
Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
1-2 years of experience in HR, particularly in administrative capacities
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software
Outstanding interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with all organizational levels
Flexibility, proactivity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
