We are seeking to build our team by hiring a Manager, Learning Operations.

The Manager, Learning Operations is responsible to lead our day-to-day learning activities and ensures the L&TD team has the right resources at the right time to meet learning needs across HubSpot. This leader will analyze and drive the processes, administration, documentation, communication and reporting related to learning activities across L&TD. The person who fills this role is a natural problem-solver with the ability to audit, assess, recommend and drive governance that will improve efficiency and drive consistency across the team.

During a typical day in this role, the Manager, Learning Operations will:

• Own the maintenance of L&TD wikis, ensuring content is always up to date, relevant, and reflects the work of L&TD
• Establish processes to regularly monitor capacity across the team
• Implement and oversee governance for L&TD processes related to monthly reporting, work intakes and resource allocation across the team
• Lead operational audits of L&TD tools, process, and operating models to identify where efficiencies can be made
• Manage the L&TD budget under the guidance of L&TD leadership
• Allocate resources to ensure program management coverage for L&TD’s top priorities each year
• Oversee a team of Program Managers who ensure the successful launch of L&TD’s signature programs
• Develop the L&TD learning annual calendar to ensure programs launch at ideal times year over year
• Recommend improvements in the product and services portfolio based on business objectives

Experience and skills we’re looking for in our Manager, Learning Operations

• Ability to think strategically, but also go deep to manage the day-to-day nuts and bolts of the performance and development programs.
• Strong project management capabilities—you are able to juggle multiple deadlines, think through the details, quick turn-arounds and produce remarkable results in a fast-paced environment
• 1+ year of people management experience
• 3+ years experience in project/program; leading large cross-divisional projects and programs
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline
• Strong ethos to be able to connect with leaders, and serve as an advisor to them
• Experience working with HRBPs, and Senior Leadership

Cash compensation range: 108000-145000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
