Overview A Learning Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs for an organization. They are responsible for creating and delivering learning programs that are tailored to the organization’s needs, and ensuring that the programs are effective and meet the organization’s goals. Detailed Job Description A Learning Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs for an organization. They are responsible for creating and delivering learning programs that are tailored to the organization’s needs, and ensuring that the programs are effective and meet the organization’s goals. They must be able to identify the organization’s training needs, develop and implement learning programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs. They must also be able to manage the budget for the learning and development programs, and ensure that the programs are cost-effective. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of learning and development principles and practices
• Ability to identify training needs and develop learning programs
• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets and resources
• Knowledge of adult learning principles

• Knowledge of current trends in learning and development
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development
• Certification in instructional design or e-learning technologies (preferred)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of learning and development principles and practices
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Knowledge of instructional design principles
• Knowledge of e-learning technologies
• Knowledge of current trends in learning and development
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development
• Experience in developing and delivering learning programs
• Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs
• Experience in managing budgets and resources

• Develop and implement learning programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs
