Learning & Development Manager Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and collaborate on necessary revisions and changes to implement across the organization;

• Communicate subject matter effectively by properly understanding the needs of the audience and targeting sessions to meet the audience education level and skill;

• Participate in meetings for new client set-ups;

• Create customized client training programs specific to new and existing client needs;

• Collaborate with product management and marketing to create training modules for new products and features;

• Design and implement new hire and cross training programs for existing personnel utilizing MA University and other written materials;

• Collaborate with existing customers to demonstrate our commitment to their success;

• Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training and training requirements;

• Identify problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve;

• Measure and report detailed operational metrics that can be used as a management tool to predict future results and to assess the success of Learning and Development.
