The Enterprise Learning Operations – Program Manager role, part of Meta's HR Technology team, will work to operationalize how the team takes on the support of new learning training programs that will allow us to grow and scale our Learning Community at Meta. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization. They will exhibit great communication & planning skills, teamwork, motivation, and an upbeat attitude. This person will be highly organized, productive, poised, and able to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop process workflows
- Manage end-to-end operational projects, from project initiation to project close, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines to support implementation and optimization of learning products
- Drive standard global process for taking new work into the Learning Operations team.
- Develop and ensure standard operating procedures are in place for programs supported by the team globally
- Establish standardized metrics and reporting on delivering new operational support or changes to current operational support for classes/programs
- Prioritize and advocate for LMS tool enhancements in order to eliminate manual processes/work and drive efficiencies of the team
- Manage both short and long-term project initiatives which can include but not limited to: LMS migration, process change requests and process documentation
- Make recommendations and create proposals conducting cost/benefit analysis of potential operational improvements
- Serve as a consultant to the internal team and external partners through optimizing and standardizing client engagement while balancing the business need for flexibility
- Manage and escalate risks and issues and collaborate with cross-functional partners on resolution
- Define clear project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, success metrics and associated timelines
- Partner with key Meta Learning Teams, as well as other key client partner teams to plan and deliver new trainings as well as change current operational support
- Understand and operationalize new technology and how it will impact day-to-day operations and share implications with key partners
- Lead Change Management practices with clients as well as with the Enterprise Learning Operations Team
- Manage a team of Contractors who support day-to-day requests and projects
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action
- Manage how our vendor team is trained on supporting new work or executing changes to our services
Minimum Qualification:
- Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting experience
- Customer service, communication and cross group collaboration experience
- 6+ years of experience in either L&D, Consulting or HR Operations
- 4+ years of experience in Project management, including leading multiple projects simultaneously as well as cross-functional teams
- Experience working both independently and in a team environment
- Experience dealing with ambiguity at all times
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other HR technologies
- Excel experience creating macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, analytical experience and workbooks
- Experience collaborating across the organization and influence partners to achieve results
- Experience influencing, communicating, and presenting at all levels of the organization
- Experience working with confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
- CSOD experience
