Learning Engagement Manager Jobs

Seeking a Learning Engagement Manager to liaison between internal and external stakeholders and teams. You will analyze, scope and make recommendations on L&D projects and design high-level design documents.

Responsibilities:

• Managing communication with the leadership on the client side to achieve tighter coupling between teams.
• Engaging key points of contract for a relationship to ensure that the various ongoing efforts are proceeding as per expectations.
• Raising issues and working with the client and client leadership team to map back expectations regarding quality, productivity, efficiency and workflow.
• Attend all meetings with the L&D Team
• Engaging stakeholders in high-level learning solutions.
• Managing the skill sets available on client’s team to maximize output and payoff.
• Tracking and reporting status and providing a weekly dashboard to the client’s leadership.
• Analyzing client needs which consultant will help meet, and suggest suitable execution plans for the same.
• Supporting the leads on the team with deliverables such as design documents, storyboards, review, and feedback

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote (Must be located in EST Time Zone)

Pay Rate: $60/hour 1099

Requirements:

• A thorough understanding of adult/corporate learning
• Experience working with offshore teams in India
• Ability to suggest suitable learning execution plans
• 5+ years of experience as a Learning Engagement Specialist or Program Manager
• Experience as a point of contact/liaison between leadership/stakeholders and Learning Team
• Instructional design experience with the ability to guide and coach stakeholders through analysis, design and the instructional design process
• Relationship management skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and leadership teams
• Ability to conduct a thorough learning needs assessment of current and future projects with the ability to create very high-level design documents
