Job Description

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, marketing, training, education, and/or internal engagement

• You enjoy a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving, and have an ability to remain calm under pressure and tight deadlines

• You are a clear thinker, a proven self-starter, and can initiate, prioritize and drive projects from concept to development, execution, and measurement

• You have a proven track record of handling complex/multi-faceted global projects

• You are collaborative, enjoy open dialogue with debate, and can navigate a large cross-functional organization, balancing stakeholders and priorities

• Your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional

• You act with integrity, are trusted and comfortable in tough situations, are and are a role model and advocate for our values

Description

• Learning mindset. Build an always-on learning culture for Retail field leaders that encourages curiosity, mastery, confidence, and growth.

• Strategic thinker. Solve complex learning environment, capability, and content problems.

• Use clear thinking to chase opportunities by identifying trends and creating modern strategies.

• Audience-centric. Connect with field leaders to see the world through their eyes and understand learner needs, identify challenges, learn from local efforts, and test solutions.

• Connector. Build networks, manage stakeholders, and stitch cross-functional teams including Creative, Operations, Platforms, Store Strategy, People, Finance, Marketing, and more to define the learning program portfolio.

• Storyteller. Communicate clearly, openly, and effectively, distilling complex ideas into simple and compelling narratives to engage and influence senior leaders.

• Manages complexity. Lead portfolios of learning programs and individual projects end-to-end. Apply project management techniques with strong attention to detail, removing barriers, adapting to current conditions, and escalating risks.

• Drives Impact. Strive for excellence, setting and managing to learner and business success metrics to ensure program initiatives meet objectives. Generate insights to make quality and timely decisions.

Education & Experience

BA/BS in Marketing, Education, Communications, Arts, Business or another related field.
