100% Remote- Regulatory Specialist ($27.00 - $30.00 / Hour)

Join our employer as a Regulatory Specialist, Labeling/Packaging Graphics and gain valuable experience in leading labeling and packaging graphic projects. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop packaging production artwork and handle project management tasks. We are looking for a motivated individual who can independently manage multiple projects and ensure efficient completion. Your role will involve managing the artwork approval process and collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with cGMP and FDA requirements. Additionally, you will provide graphics and process support to internal plants, external manufacturers, and print suppliers. If you have a background in graphic design, packaging, or printing, and possess strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage a steady stream of projects, including the preparation and development of approved packaging production artwork.
• Oversee the artwork approval process, collaborating with Regulatory, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Follow defined processes and documentation to ensure the highest quality and compliance to cGMP and FDA requirements.
• Maintain artwork files, electronic files, and artwork archives according to established standards.
• Provide graphics/process support and advice to internal plants, external manufacturers, and print suppliers.

Skills

• Print knowledge and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging, New Media, Printing, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of GMP requirements in a regulated environment is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Proficiency in artwork, prepress, graphic design, and Adobe software.
