Customer Training Specialist (Remote)

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze IT project requirements and translate them into appropriate scope, objectives, and detailed requirements for the development team.
• Create technical design specifications from requirements, including system use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, and pseudo code.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and drive the design and development of solutions.
• Establish project priorities and deadlines based on assessed business value and goals.
• Facilitate the delivery of small to medium-sized projects across multiple business units.

What You Should Have

• A 4-year degree with a minimum of 7 years of related work experience or a two-year degree with a minimum of 9 years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, with the ability to interact professionally across multiple business units.
• Knowledge/Experience with XML and SQL is preferred.
• Hands-on functional design and SAP configuration experience, including knowledge of BAPI's, Functional Methods, User Exits, Classes & Methods.
