Guild is hiring a Consultant, within the Applied Learning team! This role will play a central role in Guild’s mission by helping to craft and launch healthcare programs with hands-on, experiential learning required for Guild learner mobility into high-demand pathways like nursing. In this role, you’ll support the development of key resources, documents, and frameworks sought at ensuring high-quality experiences for Guild learners and employer partners. In collaboration with your Applied Learning colleagues and other cross-functional partners (e.g., Employer Partner Success), you will translate employer partners’ needs, issues, and ideas into effective strategies and action plans to launch healthcare programs with applied learning requirements. You will play a crucial part in improving existing processes, as well as using strategic insights to craft and implement new ones.


Guild operates on the cutting edge of the Future of Work, partnering with the United States’ largest companies to innovate on how to educate and up-skill millions of employees. These employers span industries, with a particular focus on employers with large populations of front-line employees, including Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Restaurants and Telecommunications. This role will focus on employer partners in healthcare, using a mix of strategic consulting, problem-solving, and customer success.


As Consultant, Applied Learning, You Will


  • Increase client engagement and satisfaction through the healthcare program implementation process, honing your ability to build compelling narratives and visuals while bringing Guild’s insights to life
  • Collaborate with team members to build self-service and enablement tools for internal and external audiences on key applied learning information (e.g., program details, roles & responsibilities, best practices, case studies, etc.)
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to recognize patterns and determine solutions to improve applied learning processes
  • Develop client-facing assets, especially Google Slide presentations, to guide employer partners through the applied learning implementation process
  • Codify and streamline process improvements to craft, implement, and launch healthcare applied learning at our employer partners with an eye to scalability while balancing the needs of learning partners and members

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $90,000 - $108,750, as well as company stock options.
