Agility Partners is looking for a Level 2 Support Analyst to remotely join a Tech Giant out of Redmond, WA. In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain information for knowledge base.
• Work independently to solve moderate to highly complex support problems (tier 2 support).
• Analyze and evaluate computer systems and execute performance analysis.
• Participate as a team member in the implementation and support of systems in a production environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong understanding of Microsoft products required.
• 2+ years of professional support experience
• Must be able to communicate effectively and participate as a leader in a team environment.
• Must have the ability to configure and troubleshoot.
• Strong problem resolution and analytical skills required
• Sound understanding of networking preferred.
• Experience with Windows O/S environment along with IIS and SQL may be required.
