Training & Development Specialist Jobs

We are Quadcode, a company that develops a SaaS trading platform for clients around the world.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development (T&D) Specialist to join our team. As a T&D Specialist, you will play a key role in the education, evaluation, and professional development of our employees.

This position can be based in any of the following countries: Cyprus, Greece, and Serbia.

Tasks in the role

• Conduct inductions (both remote and in our offices) for new hires and develop onboarding programs by request of the onboarding owner;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions;
• Coordinate and manage training logistics, such as scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant registration;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Based on thorough analysis of training needs develop and deliver comprehensive fit for purpose training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and language proficiency, measure the effectiveness of training programs and collecting feedback;
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers to create and deploy learning initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to identify and execute training and development initiatives, create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules;
• Provide various assessment tools to evaluate individuals' current skills. This includes conducting assessment centers to determine readiness for promotion as well as developing customized assessment tools based on specific business requirements;

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels;
• Self-management skills to independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
• Enthusiastic about exploring and experimenting with cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT and other AI technologies
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a T&D Specialist or in a similar role;
• Proven track record in project management and successful execution of training programs;
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate and inspire employees;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Proactive problem-solver who can effectively guide decision-makers and consistently presents solutions rather than just problems;
• In-depth knowledge and experience with training needs assessment methodologies and evaluation processes;
• Strong people orientation and business acumen, adept at balancing individual needs with organizational goals;
