Remote Medical Affairs (Learning Development)

Details for the positionare as follows:

• Remote 12-month contract to start.
• Hours: M – F, 8AM – 5PM PST.
• Rate $50-55hr

:

• Ongoing support with updates to Allergan Aesthetics training platforms including the Passport portal.
• Support with customization, development and pull-through of Client Learning Development training models/platforms to meet Allergan Aesthetics training needs.
• Where appropriate, support of Global Scientific Training.
• Support with the development/Implementation of MSL New Hire Training.
• Management of a Field Medical Repository.
• In partnership with the Dir. of Field Medical Excellence, development of a field medical training curriculum focused on elevating non-science competencies and soft skills of the AA Field Medical Team.
• Ongoing support with project management and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Required Skills:

• Must have experience taking project ownership and seeing projects through to
• Must have experience working in a highly matrixed enterprise environment (large company).
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business or Life Science is required, a master's degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience with training strategy and training program implementation.
