Johnson Lambert is looking for a Learning Compliance and Design Specialist to join our Learning and Development Manager. This position is a remote position, with preference given to candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones. This position focuses on executing aspects of Johnson Lambert’s Learning & Development program, with an emphasis on continuing professional education.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Firm and individual CPA license and registration renewal support
- Comfortable with public speaking such as webinar and other training facilitation including leading discussion guides, polling question and other interactive training tools, and CPE issuance as appropriate
- Employee learning plans
- Leverage the standards and guidelines of CPE as outlined in NASBA and AICPA to evaluate course effectiveness, document learning objectives for courses provided and support the overall course review process
- Monitor annual employee CPE compliance including quarterly reporting to leadership, filing and other CPE support including inspections as directed
- Firm CPE records
- Maintain L&D process documentation
- Employee CPE records: Tracking, communication and follow up
- Assist with the coordination and publication of the annual training calendar
- Communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the firm to secure instructors and course reviewers, manage deadlines, send training invitations and logistics information for a variety of training
- Coordinate and facilitate dry-runs for internal webinars
- Maintain CPE tracking software (Prolaera) including:
- Renew the firm’s CAE and CPE sponsorships
Qualifications:
- Intermediate Google Suite skills
- Willingness to understand and interpret NASBA and AICPA guidelines as they pertain to CPE
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and organize workflow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new software applications with training
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration and 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience with Prolaera preferred, but not required
