Job Description


We are looking for a Lead, HR Operations to join our growing team, leading the Talent Services team responsible for first-level employee support. As a key part of our broader Talent Operations team, this individual will work across Global Talent Organization (GTO) to provide a consistent and great experience to our candidates and employees. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our employees’ experience at Procore.


Having experience working within human resources operations and/or shared services would be ideal. This position reports into our Sr. Manager, Talent Services, and can be based in any of our offices and/or remotely. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.


What you’ll do:


  • Provide support for all GTO audit inquiries like SOX, SOC, and customer audits
  • Act as an escalation point for troubleshooting GTO transactions and processing exceptions
  • Support Talent Operations and GTO teams in ad-hoc projects and process improvement and documentation
  • Assist with assigning and/or taking ownership with clear areas of roles and responsibilities in major areas like onboarding, running of the business, offboarding, auditing, and ticketing
  • Basic GTO reporting and analytics
  • Assist with the implementation and testing of new technology and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, TalentTech, and the broader GTO team on employee data and transactions
  • Assist with analyzing and updating existing processes to ensure they are up-to-date, compliant, and designed in a way to support Procore's growth
  • Respond to general GTO inquiries regarding but not limited to HR policies, benefits, employee data, employment verifications, and systems
  • Onboard and train team members on new technology and process updates
  • Lead the first-level frontline support team for all employee life cycle questions and requests


What we’re looking for:


  • 3+ years of HR or Recruiting related work experience in a high-growth organization
  • Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization and department's success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion, maintaining confidentiality when required
  • Ability to think outside of the box and work in a fast-paced, high transaction volume, shifting, non-structured environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional work experience required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • 2+ years prior years of leadership experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with Workday or other HCM systems, including reporting capabilities


Additional Information


Base Pay Range $100,000-$137,500. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
