Job Description

HR Compliance Program Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Compliance Program Specialist with the top leading multimedia and creative software company in the world.


Responsibilities:

  • As part of program implementation, deliver comprehensive strategies for change management, training and enablement, and insights and reporting.
  • Develop and implement a scalable program to support workforce verification (e.g., background checks, work authorization, etc.) requested by Adobe customers during project staffing.
  • Lead the coordination of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business, legal, and HR teams operate in lockstep.
  • Create a framework, processes, standards, and internal controls to resolve requests in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with Adobe’s employment policies, as well as local and national legislation.

Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales contract negotiation and management
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience managing complex projects at an enterprise level and working closely with sales, legal, and human resources functions
  • Experience evaluating operational processes to identify risks and areas for improvement, and to ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards
  • Experience creating systems of record and preparing for audits
  • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and influence others without direct authority
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Workday a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience working in program and/or project management and in a regulatory, compliance, human resources, or legal role
  • Self-motivated, able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with distributed teams
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, including interacting with customers and sales to address delicate situations in a professional manner
  • Experience implementing innovative processes that promote effective operations, compliance, and reporting at enterprise scale

Compensation:

  • $34.86 to $46.48 per hour.
