Company Description
- Supports acquisition integrations and reorganizations by preparing data for system import, and assisting on other integration activities
- Continuously optimizes and improves the use of existing processes and tools in partnership with other HR teams.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring employee experience and HR Operations requirements are thoughtfully considered.
- Develops understanding of collaborator groups as well as employee data flow throughout HR and other Renaissance systems
- Communicates relevant employee changes and data to other team members
- Coordinate with team members and colleagues inside and outside HR to streamline team handoffs and ensure communication and teamwork between teams.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement of knowledge library content.
- Provides Tier 1 support for People Assist (HR Service Delivery tool) inquiries by using the knowledge library to respond to requests and questions concerning HR programs and practices.
- Provides direct support to employees, leaders, and other HR groups to handle a variety of HR-related transactions.
- Audits and completes/corrects records as the need arises.
- Identifies risks, issues, and points of friction, particularly related to employee experience and in HR Operations touch points and proposes mitigation strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Serves as subject matter authority and technical point of contact for one or more assigned HR Operations processes and HRIS modules.
- Develops and uses documentation for training, auditing, and process consistency.
- Drafts employee communications pertaining to employee changes
- Inputs employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database and/or documents activities as requested, with high accuracy
- Bachelor’s (BS or BA) or equivalent preferred and 3+ years of HR or administrative support experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with data management and HRIS
- Proficiency and desire for continuous learning around emerging HR Technology.
- Proficiency with virtual meeting software
- Proficiency with MS office applications
- Ability to follow company and department procedures and policies independently, accurately and on a timely basis
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret sophisticated documents
- Highly detail orientated
- Continually increase skills and ensure skills are updated to provide outstanding service and to increase the flexibility of the services provided
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to support changes in a positive way to support company position
- Excellent professional communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written) via phone, email and in person
