We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Training Lead contractor to join our team. As the Compliance Training Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's adherence to regulatory and legal requirements by developing and implementing comprehensive compliance training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expertise and understanding of Financial Crime Compliance and previous work experience working as, or supporting, Transaction Monitoring Programmes
- Understanding or, and interest in Crypto/Digital Assets space is desirable
- Owns Compliance international investigations training program initial build
- Owns Compliance international investigations content maintenance/deployment
- Owns Regulatory and Audit driven activities for Compliance international investigations
- Owns programme reporting and metrics for all deliverables.
- Owns ad hoc projects and initiatives for the CX L&D Compliance pod
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance training strategy and roadmap aligned with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Transaction Monitoring training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and other training materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify compliance analyst’s training needs and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor compliance training projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to meet project goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their compliance training needs and establish strong relationships.
- Engage with business leaders, managers, and employees to promote awareness of compliance requirements and foster a culture of compliance.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of compliance training programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging trends in compliance training.
Skills/Experience:
- Strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements related to compliance, such as data protection, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, and privacy.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with instructional design methodologies, e-learning tools, and learning management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certification in compliance, project management, or instructional design is a plus.
- A recognised Compliance certification such as ACAMs or ICA is desirable
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, with a focus on designing and delivering compliance training programs.
Pay Range: $37.32/hr. - $46.66/hr.
