This 165-employee company that was founded in 2020, and is revolutionizing the way HR teams manage compliance, is seeking multiple Enterprise Account Executives to close $20k plus deals to HR teams of all scopes and sizes.

About the role
*Enterprise AE role. IC responsibilities, selling net-new business to clients in the Human Resources industry.
*$100k to $110k base, commensurate with your current success. OTE is double, and with accelerators $275k and up is doable.
*You need to have 5-year track record of sales success.
*MUST HAVE 2 years of Enterprise sales experience selling into the HR space.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills – you should be a
great writer, speaker, and listener.
*Full sales cycle experience is essential: You must be able to manage the deal from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities
*Generate new leads and identify potential clients within the Human Resources industry
*Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
*Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies
*Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with our business goals
*Collaborate with the broader sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company CRM
*Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date on industry trends and network with potential clients
Requirements
*2+ years of experience in enterprise sales within the Human Resources Technology industry
*Strong understanding of HR Tech platforms and tools
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment
*Ability to lead and manage complex sales cycles
*Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software
*Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
