Hr Compliance Temp Jobs

(must have experience with Workday, E-Verify, Equifax, Zendesk, Excel)

Position Title: Crew Member Services Temp – HR Compliance

Overview:

• Rate: $18.00/hr
• Minimum of 40 hours per week
• Full Time/Seasonal
• Hire Date: 9/15/23
• 100% Remote

Schedule

Total weekly hours = 40

• Mon, Tues & Thurs. - 9am – 5pm
• Sat. & Sun - flexible 8hrs per day

Training/System Setup

• Weeks 1 & 2: Mon – Fri: 3 hours per day (will work with candidate to determine best hours)

Responsibilities:

• Answer questions regarding onboarding requirements.
• Run routine reports on incomplete onboarding and follow up via Zendesk as needed.
• Resolve I-9 E-Verify issues and follow-up with Store Managers via Zendesk as needed
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Use excellent attention to detail to efficiently audit Sections 1, 2 & 3 of form I-9 for accuracy. Follow up as necessary.

Primary Systems:

Workday, E-Verify, Equifax, Zendesk, Excel

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Outlook – send and receive emails.
• Prior Workday experience preferred.
• Basic Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications
• Familiarity with I-9 requirements and E-Verify issues.
• Excel – sort and filter data, v-lookup, copy & paste.
• 1+ years’ in HR or related experience.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work
