The Opportunity
Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference? We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Educational Recruiters and Headhunters to join our growing organization. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of education by attracting and placing top-quality educators in both virtual and traditional brick-and-mortar environments.
Responsibilities
Our recruitment team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Writing and strategically posting job advertisements to attract high-quality educators and utilizing data to optimize our outreach efforts.
Conducting thorough screenings, interviews, and character assessments to match candidates to the perfect positions in our partner schools.
Coordinating the teacher hiring process and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
3 or more years of experience in full-cycle teacher recruitment.
A strong educational network/following on LinkedIn, Facebook, IG, and Twitter.
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as Indeed and leveraging social media for outreach.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
A robust network of educators.
Enthusiasm for embracing change and learning new processes quickly.
Comfort with technology and virtual interviewing/presentation.
Some experience in service-based educational sales and marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
We would highly prefer candidates who have the following experiences:
Professional K-12 teaching or administrative experience.
Nationwide education recruitment experience.
