Job Description
We are a rapidly growing eCommerce company that has pioneered the hospitality retail service. Our IT support team is responsible for providing technology services and support for all employees globally. Our goal is to empower employee productivity through collaboration and innovation to help our team provide our customers with a home that they love! We're expanding our IT team and seeking a skilled individual who desires exposure to a diverse desktop computing tech stack and complex technical infrastructure. The IT Support Technician role involves offering both onsite and remote technical assistance to users. You will serve as the first point of contact for IT issues and troubleshoot Level 1 technical problems.
What You Will Do
Resolve hardware, software, and networking issues through troubleshooting.
Ensure prompt responses to incoming IT-related requests.
Collaborate with Level 2 support and escalate issues when necessary.
Facilitate user onboarding and offboarding with thorough documentation.
Set up desk equipment for optimal functionality.
Provide support and maintenance for system downtimes.
Create and deploy Windows images for desktops and laptops.
Maintain proper tracking and documentation for all equipment.
Assist senior members of the IT team in various projects.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with the team.
What You Will Bring
Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant practical experience.
More than 1 year of pertinent IT work experience.
