Position Summary
As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Collaborating with the Property Manager, you'll be an integral part of a supportive team, and your efforts will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service to our valued tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee preventative maintenance plans for assets and tenants.
Manage maintenance tickets efficiently to ensure timely execution.
Work closely with vendors during the bid process, ensuring timelines are met.
Provide outstanding customer service to our tenants, acknowledging and addressing their work orders promptly.
Assist in the contract process from inception to execution, ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborate with the property manager to develop and implement exciting new initiatives.
Support the budget process and assist in managing financial responsibilities.
Take pride in achieving on-time performance with high levels of accuracy.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
2-3 Years' Experience In Commercial Real Estate Preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn other applications used in commercial real estate.
Experience with Building Engines, AvidXchange, and MRI is advantageous.
A passion for achieving excellence and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
