Job Summary
As a Provider Placement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Behavioral Health division. Your primary focus will be onboarding, placing, and retaining mental health professionals across our client facilities nationwide. This position is instrumental in fostering positive relationships, enhancing provider satisfaction, and ensuring the seamless integration of remote healthcare services. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to the growth and excellence of our healthcare offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire onboarding process, including orientation and integration.
Analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improving retention rates.
Monitor provider performance and offer resources for improvement.
Maintain effective communication channels with providers, addressing concerns and offering support.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in remote healthcare.
Team Management
Lead placement coordinators and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred) OR Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years in healthcare administration or provider relations with a proven track record in placement and retention.
Strong understanding of clinical provider roles and regulatory requirements, especially in remote care settings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building positive relationships.
Proficiency in project management and software applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Empathetic and adaptable with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
