What You'll Do
As a Human Resource Representative, you'll be the catalyst for "Wow" experiences—consistently exceeding expectations in interactions with both external and internal customers. With a dynamic client base assignment and under direct supervision, you'll harness your independent judgment and decision-making skills to deliver customized Insperity Human Resource services. These services will drive business impact, enhance client retention, and stimulate growth.
Consultative Approach: Proactively consult with clients, ensuring the development, implementation, and monitoring of Human Resources performance management items tied to service plans.
Compliance Champion: Identify legal requirements and government regulations affecting HR functions, guaranteeing clients' policies, procedures, and actions remain compliant.
Liability Management Expert: Provide guidance on liability management, encompassing performance measurement review, employee counseling, policy development, and terminations.
Innovation Collaborator: Collaborate on project assignments, client data analysis, and contribute insights from various HR disciplines to drive the completion of key client HR deliverables.
What You Bring
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Two to four years of Human Resource generalist experience, with a focus on employee relations preferred.
