Embracing technology comes naturally to you, as you are computer literate with experience in data entry, electronic medical records, and Microsoft Office.
Your organizational skills, accuracy, and welcoming nature make you a valuable team player who is always open to fresh ideas.
Responsibilities
Join forces with our innovative IT department to develop and maintain cutting-edge health information technology, ensuring the approval of the Department of Children and Families.
Empower care transition by supporting electronic health information exchange, playing a crucial role in enhancing the quality of patient care.
Together with our NJ4S Hub Assistant Director, drive the implementation of a data-driven continuous quality improvement plan, contributing to the betterment of our services.
Champion streamlined processes and procedures for data collection, reporting, and tracking of encounter outcomes and quality data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive data outcomes and service reports to the Department of Children and Families, showcasing the positive impact of our programs.
Contribute to the development of tools that measure the effectiveness of evidence-based prevention programs, fueling continuous improvement.
Actively participate in our agency's quality assurance committee, collaborating with fellow professionals to maintain the highest standards of care.
Conduct monitoring activities, including utilization reviews, to ensure strict compliance with the Department of Children and Families' guidelines.
Uncover valuable insights by identifying quality care indicators and outcome objectives, enabling us to continually improve staff and program performance.
Embrace a dynamic work environment by enthusiastically taking on additional duties as assigned by the NJ4S Hub Assistant Director.
