Responsibilities
Source potential candidates using platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
Cultivate relationships with prospective candidates, understanding their needs and aligning them with suitable job opportunities.
Post numerous job ads weekly to attract the best talents.
Engage with candidates via text, fostering connections on a daily basis.
Conduct candidate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience.
Educate candidates about job prospects and our client's offerings.
Employ diverse recruitment channels to generate leads and referrals.
Forge and maintain strong relationships with recruiters.
Strive for personal growth and continuous improvement.
Embrace a client-centered approach, delivering exceptional service.
What We Offer
Flexible remote work arrangement – work from the comfort of your home!
Monday to Friday schedule (9 am - 5 pm) with a paid one-hour lunch break.
