Your Contribution
At our forward-looking design firm, we're seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our office operations seamless and efficient, while providing crucial support to our creative professionals. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our projects.
Here's a Glimpse Into Your Role
Empower project teams by crafting, revising, and proofreading a range of documents, from proposals to specifications, with precision and flair.
Keep our information hub up-to-date by managing our database and generating insightful reports.
Dive into basic accounting tasks, including updating records, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports.
Coordinate smooth travel experiences for project teams, handling everything from flights to accommodations.
Assist with organizing project documentation, with tasks like printing, scanning, and making deliveries.
Champion a well-organized office environment by tending to common areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring equipment runs smoothly.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with a sense of efficiency and care.
Extend a warm welcome to incoming calls and messages, directing them thoughtfully and professionally.
Contribute to the planning and execution of office events that spark camaraderie and creativity.
Assist in coordinating maintenance work with external vendors, ensuring our space is top-notch.
This position is full-time, mainly in our vibrant office space, with the flexibility for occasional remote work.
Qualifications To Thrive
Education: An associate degree or equivalent work experience
Experience: 5 years in a similar role
Desirable Skills
Remarkable organizational and interpersonal prowess
A keen analytical mindset
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A flair for numbers and basic accounting/bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
A knack for embracing new technologies
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a bonus
