We are currently seeking a passionate Marketing and Communications Associate to join our team. As a Marketing and Communications Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and communications efforts by collaborating with our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work for candidates located in PA, NJ, or DE.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of strategic marketing and communication initiatives aimed at enhancing our organization's reputation and supporting our members, providers, and community partners.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess customer needs and determine how marketing can best support those needs.
Coordinate project timelines and production schedules to ensure a comprehensive view of all marketing and communication deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain accurate and consistent communication by following established processes and implementing best practices.
Develop marketing collateral, including both print and digital media, to convey corporate information and showcase our product offerings.
Support the transmission of regulatory reviews and reporting requirements.
Establish and maintain our marketing collateral archive.
Track and process purchase orders and invoices within the overall budget.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
Experience In Health Plan/managed Care Marketing Is Preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
SharePoint experience is a plus.
Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing environments.
Proven ability to work with external vendors and contractors, providing direction as needed.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for conveying information and direction to management.
