As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in processing claim forms for inbound and outbound requests. Here are the exciting responsibilities that await you:
Essential Responsibilities
Be the gateway to efficient claim processing by preparing incoming and outgoing claim-related mail for distribution.
Embrace the digital age by expertly examining, sorting, and scanning incoming claimant and physician mail and fax responses.
Take charge of the postage machinery like a pro!
Keep meticulous records of incoming and outgoing claim-related mail, postage details, and mail delivery to USPS.
Dive into the heart of claims processing by examining and processing claim forms, documentation, and reports.
Ensure that all processes adhere to our valued customers' and company's procedures.
Shine as a problem-solver as you assist insurance clients with any claim-related inquiries via phone and email.
Exercise precision as you enter codes and verify data for smooth computer processing.
Inbound Claims
Welcome the paperwork with open arms and process it seamlessly.
Utilize our web-based application to scan and transcribe essential values and data efficiently.
Outbound Claims
Take ownership of the review queue and meticulously check and QC information on documents for accuracy.
Send out professional and well-crafted outgoing letters to complete the claim process.
Must-Haves
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bring 1-4 years of valuable experience in administrative, data entry, or office support roles to the table.
Show off your prowess in entering data into web-based systems and your keen eye for reviewing detailed information.
