Job Description

Our client is a world leading private equity firm that provides exceptional consulting services for companies. They are looking to hire a Help Desk Associate to support the Technology Department. In this role, you will assist in providing client service and resolving end-user issues. This is an excellent contract opportunity, and we are looking to fill the role as quickly as possible.


Responsibilities:

  • Resolve challenges through the form of tickets in the service desk queue, which includes full ticket ownership, following up to ensure issues are resolved in their entirety.
  • Prioritize both incident and service requests.
  • Creation and maintenance of the corporate desktop/laptop image.
  • Contribute to internal IT and end-user knowledge base content.
  • Maintaining desktop/laptop and related equipment inventory.
  • Escalate incidents and problems as necessary.
  • Make recommendations for corporate desktop/laptop hardware.
  • Collaborate with all areas of IT to deliver exceptional in-house service and support.


Requirements:

  • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Detailed documentation of incidents and problems in ServiceNow.
  • HP Desktop/Laptop technologies.
  • Mobile Device Support.
  • Support Microsoft end-user software.
  • Kaspersky Antivirus.
  • Conference room AV support.
  • CrashPlan Cloud Backup.
  • Mimecast Spam Filter Technologies.
  • End-user software licensing.
  • Office 365 user management.
  • Supporting end-user platforms including Windows, Mac OSx, IOS, Android.
  • Cisco phone technologies.
  • Adobe product support.
  • Microsoft Active Directory user and group management.
