Help Desk Technician / IT Support Specialist (Legal/Law Firm)


Hybrid Work Schedule – Work onsite and from home


Midsize law firm is hiring a Help Desk IT Technical Support Specialist whose primary

responsibility is to respond to incoming requests to the IT Help Desk via

phone, e-mail or in person. ill quickly diagnose and resolve user problems. The

Specialist will also assist with troubleshooting, following up with users to

ensure successful problem resolution and that all requests are documented

accordingly. Additional responsibilities include assisting with IT related

tasks such as workstation configuration, mobile devices, and application

testing, etc.


Experience:

Minimum 1 year of law firm experience
