Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in device management, troubleshooting, audio/visual
management, networking, printer troubleshooting, and phone line management. As an IT
Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our
technology infrastructure, providing technical support to end-users, and troubleshooting
various hardware and software issues. This position requires both onsite and remote
ticketing responses to address IT-related concerns promptly.
Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Positive outlook, excellent problem solving, technical writing, communication, and
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an IT Support Role or equivalent
  • Great Communication and ability to multitask.
  • Eager to learn and support new technologies.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server)
  • Familiarity with audio/visual equipment setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles, including routers, switches, and
