ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:

POSITION: National General Manager – Hydro Rents

PAY STATUS Exempt

JOB SUMMARY:

This position reports directly to the Director of Hydro Rents. It provides for the management and leadership to the Hydro Rents branches in pursuit of meeting and exceeding operating goals in assigned territories and to ensure that company initiatives are embraced and policies are followed.

DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Lead, manage and inspire branch operations in assigned territory.

Develop and submit for approval: Forecasts, budgets, product, compensation and branch development plans. Ensure achievement of such plans.

Analyze system data reports and coach branch personnel on the analysis.

Maintain consistent, scheduled, interaction with the branch operations within your region.

Identify new market potential, untapped market potential.

Develop continuous plans for improvement and establish measurement guidelines for evaluation.

Recognize performance.

Ensure customer expectations are met, through direct supervision and effective working relationships with applicable departments.

Recruit, train and develop competent field operations.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

10 years of experience in multi-location sales and/or operations management.

Ability to inspire confidence in company’s capabilities with employees, customers and colleagues.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Computer literacy including basic word processing, spreadsheet and database applications and analysis.

Technical aptitude, including ability to understand and clearly communicate company’s products and applications.

Willingness to travel 40-50%.

Based in the Eastern United States
